Thought this was interesting. Don't recall running into one this early before. The inked lettering seems to curve upwards.

This is on a 15" that shows heavy use as either part of a hi hat or orchestral pair. It surely didn't live most of its life as a "crash."

Too bad it has several bell hole cracks and some edge dings - weighs about 800 gm. Current seller asking price is around $200 shipped. Well, that's not gonna happen.

Thank you. Your image prompted me to finally get writing on the 1950s CRASH ink examples I have on a new wiki page. One of many pages to come as I have rather a lot of research material to report on. I've only started on all the ink details I've got. :icon_e_ugeek:
