The 20” bass drum and 12” are Tower series dating 1964 to 65. The 14”x14” is a Holiday series dating 1965 to 66. The 20” and 12” were bought together. The drums are in very good condition. The chrome is in very nice condition with slight normal ware. Shells are good. Those awesome Rogers shells. There are no splits in the pearl. The floor tom was bought separately, and has a few scratches. The 20” and 12” have minimal ware. The bass drum has a small piece of inlay missing on the bottom hoop that you never see. There’s a little piece of blue onyx in its place. The drums overall are pretty clean. Look and sound great. Look at the pictures, I’ll put a lot of them up, and feel free to ask questions. You might have seen these drums on Reverb. I’m gonna lower the price a little for the members here on the forum.

A very fair price for some nice 60’s prime era Rogers.

Here are more pictures. Thanks for checking them out! There is an another thread that has the other set of pictures. You can only post a limited amount of pictures. That’s why there are two separate threads with these drums.

Are you selling these? If so, as mentioned, please post a price. If not, nice set.

UPDATE: Sorry, didn't see the other thread about these being for sale. (I wish we could delete threads around here)

I would suggest putting the price here, too.

Very nice set. You've got the "one click up" on the usual Tower scenario (Rocket, Spotlight, or Comet?), which came with no floor tom but would often get one added a year or so later, after Johnny showed promise and got better on the drums. The added floor toms seem to mostly be dual-tension 16's. Yours is dual-tension, but you hit a sweeter spot with it being a 14, closer to the actual Tower/Delta center lug 14's.

No problem. I put up the original post, and it wouldn’t let me include all the pictures. So… I had to do the other post. I know you’re probably not the only one that saw that second post without a price.
Thanks for reaching out.

If you buy this set I will offer the attached pics of original hardware for $150 for the pair. Maybe this will help the sale for my friend.

Hi
What would you offer?
I’d love to sell it as a set. Maybe I can work with you on price, and being you’re a shop, you might have something I’d possibly want.
People have asked me about the floor tom. It’s a nice drum. A great addition to a set. Btw… the Tower bass and tom are very nice drums as well.
Recently on Reverb Nelson’s drum shop had a Blue Sparkle Tower for $899, and $800 advertised at their shop. I think they sold it. It is no longer up. My drum is a Holiday. It’s a little more desirable. You guys know the value.
You have very nice stuff at your shop, and it seems you have a good reputation. Maybe we can make a deal.

Thanks for your interest, Jeff
