Vater Slick Nuts question

Does anybody have any experience with these? I'm sick of have to use more than the standard 2 foam things to get my cymbals to not wiggle around so much that they hit my other hardware. Would these help?

I used to endorse those when they were still distributed by their manufacturer, Samson Fasteners. I'm sure they're still the same.

I still use them on several stands, and love them. They're very handy. One of those time-saving 'gadgets' that actually does what it says. They're available in 6 & 8mm thread sizes, and were supposedly available in 1/4-20, the classic US thread size.

I bought a set for one of my gigging racks several years ago, tried them on a gig, and the next day ordered enough to cover my other two gigging setups. Only suggestions I'd have would be to be prepared to re-glue the felt and make sure you keep the included allen wrench where you can find it easily.

I love the things.
