Hey guys,

I need to make some room, I need to get rid of at least one of these kits.

2001 Tama Rockstar

1997 Yamaha Stage Custom

I'm on the side of keeping the Yamaha.. the Tama kit has some sentimental value. I either flip a coin, or see what you guys think.

I have no opinion at all. When I read the thread title I thought it was like Mad Max in Thunderdome:
"Too kits enter, one kit leaves". If you are like me, you can always put off the decision by just stacking one kit out of the way. But then you have to decide which kit to stack... Good luck with your decision(s).

I just donated an old shell set that I started out on, sentimental value yes, but actually I didn't like the sound much anymore. Which one sounds better to your ear? Are they different sizes? If yes, which one fit the kind of gigs you have?

Keep the Rockstars.

Or sell both and get a Superstar Classic.

Sell them both , then add some cash and treat yourself to nice higher end used kit ….

Life is short ……

There was a sweet Maple Pork Pie for $800 on marketplace recently…
