Wish I was a little closer. $275 for a Camco 18" bass drum? OMG

(broken link removed)

Probably gone. I just don't have the ambition anymore.

Holy moly! Even the Krut looks good.

Just spoke with the lady of the house and it sounds like there are several people on their way over to buy. I'm sure they will be gone by this morning.

OK, I live 2 1/4 hours away from Syracuse. If someone can work out a purchase price with these folks, I will gladly pickup, package and ship them for you. Considering the Camco's are the real prize here, I ask only that you consider passing the Acrolite and cymbal my way for doing the 4 1/2 hour round trip and shipping.

Flagged it, CL is not an auction site.

I offered thousands cash in hand and he won't take it, wants to wait it out a few days, no fun, good luck guys.

Yeah if you want people bidding on your stuff, put it on eBay where it F***in belongs.

Yes, I agree his selling method highly goes against my grain... if he wants more for it do it the right way... sell it in a auction... but the seller is in a super tight spot without that super rare 14x14 L.A. Camco floor tom.

Thank goodness for me, I just happened to have a few 14x14 L.A. Camco floor tom sitting around.

How is the seller in a tight spot? He or she is poised to get $1000 + more than their original asking price.

It's not mainly the sellers fault... whoever educated him should have educated him fully about current market values as well. Because, I can see this going directly into a hole... I've seen this happen before.

IMO because the seller not being educated enough to know that a thousand dollars that was offered earlier (read thread above) is about what a decent 18" orphan L.A. bass drum is worth and now he's holding out for more money? Greed will hurt the sale.

My orphan 14x14 L.A. Camco floor toms sell for $1,500.00 all day long. Oh, if anybody needs a 18" L.A. Camco FT shell please PM me.
