We can meet there Stu have a coffee and check out the cymbals and drums :occasion5: :occasion5:

Hello everyone! First off I'd like to thank my dear friend Rick for announcing on Drumforum about my new endeavour and for his continuous support for me and the arts! Rick's a real fun and stand up guy and I'm fortunate to be his friend! Next I'd like to say that I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to open a drum shop. Dreams really do come true, and us drummers know it only happens with a little blood, sweat and tears. Finally, if you haven't already, please visit my website www.drumland.com go to the contact page and join the drumland fanpage on facebook. There I will post (when I can) the latest news, arrivals etc...If your not on FB, then I plan to send out email of the same activities. I best not forget the Drumforum community, because it indeed is all of us that creates this wonderful synergy. Please be patient with me, my wife keeps saying to me "Johnny, you have a drum shop now, time to move your drums out of the basement!" I have started with the autographed and played Pearl signature snare drum by Ian Paice. It's just hard to move my Rogers or OBPs.

Peace

JD

Hi JD. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I wish you the best of luck with Drumland...so, are you doing trades. Older stuff too ? Cool. Benny K.

Benny,

I think JD was having some internet problems. He is doing trades and will take older gear and sell it but is in the early stages on that front.

I tried them out on my visit as well and bought a crash. Rick what did you think of that ride that looked like a raw S
abian?

It was very nice- dry, but still had wash.It wasn't too gongy either.I liked it a lot.

Very nice to see you too Rick. I'm happy you were diggin' the Dream cymbals. For the money and value you really can't go wrong with them. Rick, after you left I realized those Reference heads were on correctly. Turns out they are two ply with clear ambassadors on the bottom. :)
