This flyback complication’s chronograph by MontBlanc is such a cool beautiful sleek feeling watch , believe I will throw this bad boy on today .. though it looks great just sitting there :)

Been a watch fan since I was like 5-6 LOL
I have several watches and it is the only thing I really care about in terms of outfit.
I have several watches, not very expensive ones though, but I have cool and nice pieces. Not many, maybe 10. I was drooling over a Rolex at some point but I don’t have the money and don’t want a Rolex anymore, nowadays there are so many fakes out there and you see bunch of kids wearing Rolex, it lost its place for me!
Back in the day, you had to earn your Rolex.

@Jazzhead , don’t deprive yourself of a Rolex , they are beautiful time pieces! The more the merrier :)

I have an old Tissot my dad liberated from a German sniper in the desert around Tobruk .

also

an ancient Cadman miltary watch that most likely has an interesting story to tell .

Most dependable and durable for me has been from the Timex Expedition series .They're like Corollas - nothing fancy but they keep on running .

I do have a collection of watches, though I can't remember the last time I wore one of my old ones. Keeping mechanical watches running is PITA, and the only watchmaker I have taken one to is long ago retired/dead. Just like my drums, my watches are all vintage - except for the smart watch I wear every day.

Anyone do their own watch maintenance (not just changing batteries)?
