Fun gig at the beautiful Ruby Amphitheater in Morgantown WV and a lovely, energetic crowd - great time

Haven’t been to Morgantown since the late 1990s, when I’m sure there was no such thing as Ruby Amphitheater. Is it located near Ruby Memorial Hospital and the Mountaineer stadium? Looks like a nice venue, cool gig and great crowd!

Edit…Google Earth showed me the location, not near the hospital and stadium.

It’s actually on Don Knotts Blvd at the downtown campus, right on the river. They did it right when they built it. We live up in Wheeling so it’s only an hour or so for us - in bed by 11pm

Just one - the cop. They were kept under wraps so we didn’t interact with them at all, but a few of us had a great conversation with the MD. By what he indicated, it actually seems like a really good gig as far as the band is concerned.

Cool deal!

I was a wedding DJ for a while, and I HAD to play YMCA at every wedding reception. I showed the crowd some group dance moves and everything.

Sigh... those were the days.
