And … while the wife was doing the online Walmart grocery thing, she said there was a Switch 2 Mario Kart bundle in stock.
I had a huge amount of doubt that it would ever be available.
I took a chance and had her put it in the cart.
She asked why I’d want two … I laughed.
Unbelievably, it was delivered!
I have it set up in the bedroom (no tv) waiting for the Viture glasses to arrive.
So freekin excited!
I am just wandering around and exploring BotW.

I bought Robocop: Rogue City a few weeks ago cause it was only $5 for Xbox. It's pretty fun, graphics are decent, but definitely look like the previous gen. It's a mindless 3rd person shooter, so you don't really have to worry about a great and compelling story. Definitely worth the $5. And then I realized that Brotato came out with a DLC a while back, so I'm back to being obsessed with that for a bit as well.

Kinda chipped away at totk and took a break, I got it last Sept and now I'm at the end...nothing but some side quests. Such a beautiful game, kinda sad to see it end. Heard there is a movie coming out.

Yeah I was about at the same place you were with very little left to do.

Like I said, I bought a Switch 2 but my daughter is gone a 1000 miles away for her summer job with my original Switch AND my BOTW cartridge. So I couldn't do the save filest ransfer to the new console.
Since I had bought TOTK off of Nintendo shop, I was able to download it and just pay 10 or so dollars to have a Switch 2 upgrade version via the Nintendo online expansion pack.

Will be starting it back from scratch though... ;-)

Still fun to do again...and with S2 even, the framerates look pretty smooth but never saw it person.
 
I just started on THPS 3&4. I didn't play these two when they originally came out, so It's definitely more of a challenge than 1&2 which I still had memorized after 20 years.
 
Khazan: The First Berserker has been by far my favorite game to come out this year. That’s a gem!

It’s a great game any way you play it!

Do you remember the Baby Pac-Man consoles that they had at some bar/reataurants back in the 19__s?
