"Pay It Forward" - 4 drumming t-shirts and a hat!

Cleaning out my closet, the result of losing 30 pounds and keeping it off all year. I have 4 "Life is Good" brand t-shirts, all drumming related designs, size XL. They are recently laundered and are all in very good shape, having never seen a clothes dryer. My wife long ago taught me the advantage of line-drying.

These are free, and I will also handle shipping in the lower 48. ALSO, I will throw in a Forks Drum Closet hat which I neve wore. It is a little dusty, probably need a good cleaning.

I will ship the whole pile to one lucky member of my choosing. Just let me know why you would want them!

I am hoping we can turn this thread into a discussion about line-drying vs dryer-dying. I am a big fan of extra-low heat dryer drying myself.

Cooking healthy is my problem I don’t know what to cook. , I’m the cook at the house and menu is very limited, we eat out a lot !!

Yeah, my A1C was sky high. My doc tried Metformin (a pill) but that only helped a little. The shot is what got it down from 9.3 to 5.6!! The weight loss was a great bonus.

And eating out is one thing we rarely do. My wife plans our menu 2 weeks at a time, and then makes a grocery list to match. We eat lots of chicken and pork, fruits and veggies. I couldn’t do it without her!!!!

C’mon guys and gals - I know SOMEONE would love these shirts. I have them all boxed up ready to go. Hate to donate them to Goodwill when a drummer could have them.
