Forum folks, here is an amazing snare at an amazing price:https://reverb.com/item/82233754-oriollo-bakar-seamless-copper-hammered-6-5-x-14-snare

And here's a link to a YouTube audio clip:

It's listed on Reverb for $700 plus $40 for shipping. And that's before taxes.

For Forum members, I can off it for $575, shipped. This is a seamless hammered bronze shell folks. I can't imagine finding a metal snare this good at this price.

Sorry no trades.

Update to in the original posting! Noble Cooley solid shell snare and Oriollo!

folks, everyone knows what that noble & cooley sounds like. but check the sound file (and the pics) on that Oriollo. and then make me an offer I can't refuse.

Folks, $575 gets you that Oriollo. You simply won't find a finer metal drum at that price. Soundfile says it all.

Greg Gaylord "Drumsolo" segment walnut added to the list. Check out the first post for pics and details!

Oriollo and NC gone. Gorgeous Greg Gaylord walnut segment still here.

Update:

I've got a bunch of great snares for sale, including:

1) Tama Star Series Mahogany 6 x 14 solid shell with the soft Tama case
2) Mapex Jeff Hamilton 'Maximus' mahogany 6 x 14 snare
*Need to sell one, not both; don't much care which one
3)Sonor Protean 5.25 x 14 birch snare
4) Sonor Vintage Series 5.75 x 14 in red oyster

Because I've got so many cymbals and pies on Reverb, the best thing to do is simply to go to this link for one of my snares and then link to the rest of the stuff with pics and videos.

https://reverb.com/item/85200172-ma...piano-black-canopus-wires-velvet-bag-included

Drumforum prices: take 5% off what's listed on Reverb. Except I bought the Vintage Series snare here and so I'm happy to sell that one for exactly what he was offering it for: $550.

Ok folks, come get the good stuff!

I'll bump this up for that Tama. I have the 7" deep single ply mahogany and it's a VERY special drum.... someone needs to grab this regular production 6" model fast. Can't see the price as Reverb links seem to not work for me anymore here (probably a security setting), but man, what a drum!!!
