Yup Levon was and probably always will be the greatest.... Charisma up the wazoo, an oh so great greasy feel and a voice/delivery like no other.

Say.....(that's French!) I don't know beans about it, but those Acadians singing about "les haricots" sound a lot like Cajuns singing about Zydeco. Hmmmmm....

Yeah. Zydeco is a mis-pronunciation of Les haricots. Just like Cajun is a mis-pronunciation of "Acadian". That song was originally a Clifton Chenier single, I'm not sure if he actually wrote it or just took it from the local creole folk repertoire.
