If the badges look like the ones I mentioned earlier in this thread, and look like they haven't been tampered with (which I doubt, judging from the cleanness of the drums), then they would be the 6-ply beech Panthers. It seems unlikely that they're Phonics, but if they were, they'd be 9-ply beech. It looks to me like a Panther kit with Phonic Hi-Tech hardware (stands).
