Gretsch Lug Buster

I checked it and responded 2-3 days ago.but havent heard anything---its possible I didnt work the PM right,maybe Id better try again----Ive never really done any instant messaging stuff,so I probably didnt click on something---

Ok,Ive responded in email,to customer service,And in Pms here at least half a dozen times,but still no response..Ill wait a while longer,But Im seriously thinking about putting [Gasp] Ludwig lugs on my Gretsch bass drum.It looks like the small Ludwig lugs will fit,but it will look kinda funny...Ill have to explain to every drummer that sits in on em..LOL

Parts are on the way from the L.A. Parts Center. Gretsch contacted me this morning to tell me that. Have fun!
 
Yup,I just heard from them today,They are sending me some new lugs---Ill finally have matching lugs on my bassdrum again----Excellent customer service from Gretsch---Really much better than I expected---Ill see wgat comes in next week and let Yall know---Stik
 
OK,I have to say Im really impressed with Gretsch customer service-----After a long day at work,Then three hours of teaching Karate to kids,I drag myself into the house to find a box of Gretsch Goodies-----They sent me a complete set of new lugs And tension rods for my Bass Drum----This is Much more than I expected to receive---These Guys really stand behind their product.I can hardly wait till I have time to Rebuild my bass drum with all new Matching lugs.Ive been Jonesing for a New set of Ludwigs,But Im feeling More like Gretsch has earned my Product Loyalty with this Move---Thanks to TommyWells,Joe Mazza,and Nick for taking care of This Problem...You Guys ROCK!!!!!!
