Did the Ludwig Zildjian thing for years and years. Now I mostly use DW and Bosphorous.

Not counting hand/auxiliary percussion, Slingerland and Zildjian is all I play.

I should match my gear like Garanimals?

If you're in a studio situation, wouldn't you I pick a different maker's bass drum or floor because it sounds bigger, boomier or whatever?

I like Ludwig, but as far as cymbals and hardware, I choose based on price/sound--not due to fashion or what some other drummers might think is cool.

I currently play my dream kit, Tama Starclassic and I love my cymbals Zildjian..... If I had to choose one brand of drums it would be Yamaha Recording Customs and Paiste Cymbals.

Dont we all? I have found that within one brand for drums and, for the most part, one brand of cymbals.

Ludwig and Zildjian. Mainly because they possess the attributes that I desire but also the low cost to put together a pro set.
