I saw those. Ended up actually getting a Pearl 60's kit that I still cant identify fully. Thin shells with rerings, 10 bolt lugs on kick. Rail mount. Doesn't seem to match the No. 68 since it has thin shells. Congrats on these. Was very curious about that "wood thing" lolAnd then these came up in my feed and caught me in a week mij moment but the price was so right and the drums so close I pick them up Wednesday lol

I'm curious what you think of the INDe. I have the bronze and have been GASSY for her aluminum sibling.Attended the Chicago Vintage Drum Show and picked up two aluminum shell snares that I wanted .
1966 Ludwig Acrolite - very clean - sounds great
INDe Kalamazoo 14 x 6.5” snare to match my Aluminum Wayfarer kit . View attachment 674475View attachment 674476
The aluminum is fantastic - I have been jonesing for one for awhile . It has a great fatness but a very clear initial note .I'm curious what you think of the INDe. I have the bronze and have been GASSY for her aluminum sibling.
I'm sold on the infinite snare bed thing. Makes the bottom head and the whole drum sing on my bronze. The aluminum is fantastic - I have been jonesing for one for awhile . It has a great fatness but a very clear initial note .
