Help identify! 22” “Gong Style” A Zildjian & Cie Constantinople

Just found this weird beast at Wood & Weather Drum Shop (and it’s on its way to me!)

I’m not sure I’ve seen another cymbal like this. Is it a drum set cymbal? A modified gong? An orchestral cymbal?

It’s heavier at 3140 grams, has two holes near the edge (possibly to hang like a gong?), almost a pang like profile, with a dip after the bell, then curved edges.

I’ve been on the quest for a heavier yet trashy cymbal for a long time. Unfortunately, no close ups on the stamp (I will update thread with some when I have it in hand). Here is a video, some pics, and a description from the shop.

Let's get back to this.. Yep. Sure is a Wacked Out Cymbal Gong. In a way I heard was reminded of the "cowbell" Ride Correctly known as the "Flat Top" ride (before there were Avedis flats.

Reminded me (sonically) of the Cowbell "Flat Top" 18 I had briefly years ago. From ebay. Stole it. But didn't keep it. Don't see them any more.
